Confessions of a Broken Woman


  1. Coming from someone with back, hip, knee and foot problems and a lover of running, make sure good chiropractic care is a routine.
    I "ran through" a back problem and ended up with a bulging L4 and L5 disc. I was not seeing a chiropractor regularily then.
    More recently, like NOW, I had run through a foot issue that made life worse by my fibula becoming stuck, whatever that means other than PAIN, I don't know.
    I've since made up with my chiropractor. I cannot run YET but I'm thankfully out of pain and doing other things to keep me in shape for my 1st marathon in May.
    Good Luck, back pain is no fun.

  2. Thanks, Momma Mel! I hope you start feeling good enough to run soon... without, of course pushing it. I appreciate the validation that I shouldn't push myself either! ;)
