Tendonitis. No Running for 2 Weeks. :(


  1. Don't feel down. 2 weeks will allow your body to heal in other areas other than your knee. If it were more than 3 weeks than it might hurt you, but you'll be able to get back into it. You can do it. If you can run 10 miles, you can finish a half marathon. Keep smiling!
